Upon arriving they told us we would be texted when our room was ready. 15 minutes after our room was supposed to be ready I waited in the long line of people for the second time to check our room. Turned out the room was ready and we just were never texted. Was frustrating since their check in is at 4pm which is ridiculous. Next that gave me my room number but directed me to a different tower to look for said room. I hauled my family and luggage up 3 floors to find out I'm in the wrong place. The cherry on top was when the vacant room above me was blasting the hotel channel all night long and I had to go down to the lobby to have them turn it off. I complained to the manager and he didn't care one bit. I'll be avoiding this place in the future.
