Terrible Terrible place to work. I had the WORST time. I was going to quit 3 months in but I got moved to AT&T's UFO department at the time it was still there and that helped me stick around. The fact that the AT&T Technicians we're more friendly then the ACTUAL MANAGERS at Sutherland made me stay. I can count on my fingers how many managers were actually good. And that's not very many. I struggled with being sick from my mental health & anxiety issues due to this place & I brought in doctors notes each and every sickness & i still lost my job. They we're not caring or compassionate at all. This was back in 2015, I haven't been back since & I don't plan on it. I'm not sure what has changed there, but it doesn't seem like anything has changed at all from reading the reviews.
