Some misunderstandings in communication. Service wasn't stellar. Wedding Invites turned out nice.

Pretty good for specialized paper and printing needs. Knows a lot about production and willing to share those knowledge with you to help you save time and cost on your project. This is the place to go if you are putting together a professional grade project.

Poor customer service. I printed a 60 page booklet there and when I picked it up the pages were out of order so I had to reprint. There was very little concern from the store, as they asked me to pay full price to do a reprint and argued that they weren't at fault. Giving 2 stars only because I managed to get the price down a little since I am a student, but it was a terrible process to go through. Also, after flipping through the booklet a couple of times the pages started to fall out. It's very disappointing to spend around $130 and have the final product fall apart.

they have a lot of customization options. Also tons of paper choices which I cant find from anywhere eles. Love this place!

Heidi was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very professional, extremely helpful and was on top of our order at all times with her excellent communication. All the items we had ordered exceeded our expectations and had a very quick turnaround. We were most impressed with the customized wax seal stamp that they had made for us . And the best part was that it was all within our budget. Quality was top notch, their selection was great and all at a really amazing value. We'll be back for more wedding stationary pieces and would recommend to anyone!

Had our wedding invitations printed here. Heidi, who took our order and designed the cards, was very friendly and helpful. Also the cards looked really nice! Our order was kinda urgent, and they managed to have everything done within a week, including design and printing. Very impressed.

I came here to print my wedding invitations and I was so impressed that I came back to print more wedding related stuff. After I received my prints, I realized one of my prints had the wrong name (my fault for not double checking). I was unable to change the name due to the file format that my designer used but Eva was able to work her magic and reprint it for me on the spot with the correction. I highly, highly recommend this place as they are very professional and the prices are significantly less than other printing places that I ve been to. Would not hesitate printing from them again!

Great place for wedding invites and anything that your regular print shop can't do. There are so much choice on everything from paper to style of print and finishing.

Paul and Eva were wonderful in helping with all our wedding needs, from the invites to the programs and all the stationary we needed! They gave us tips for design and what paper to use and all our stationary came out just the way we wanted. Service was quick too. Thank you Paperland!

The woman I dealt with took her time to consider my project and give me her advice instead of selling me the quickest thing possible. I really appreciate the service I received they treated me like they re number one customer although they just met me

I bought envelopes for .67 each, went online found nicer ones for 0.30-.0.24 :( , definitely look up prices other places before you go here. But they are helpful and ribbon prices are good.

Very quick service with a knowledgeable staff. I think the staff must have changed from the previous reviews posted a year ago because that was not my experience at all. We found custom designs for wedding invitations online and added our own styling and they were able to provide a pdf for review within 2 business days. The sample copy for print was available about 2 days after that and depending on the amount of the print/rush, they maybe able to do it the same day. Our wedding invites took around 2 weeks from the time we ordered to print. Overall a very positive experience and would recommend them for anything wedding related.

Great place and reasonable prices compare to many other wedding invitations stores.
Even though we were late on preparing our wedding invitations, Heidi still managed to help us and finished everything (design and printing) within 2 weeks. We actually got to send out invitations 3 months before our wedding date. Great help!

Don't be afraid to hire the designer Heidi Ngai to help with creating your dream wedding invitation. She was very patient with my fiance and me the entire time. We had so many changes and kept bothering her but she was very helpful and professional the entire time. We also had to go back and print different versions of our invitation and ask her to change it before printing 4 times.

When we needed more of our invites printed, we were able to just drop by in person and ask. It was quick for the store to just print more of our invitation and cut it up for us within maybe 10 minutes.

If I had to do invites for a wedding all over again, I'd go right back to Paperland.

Heidi and Eva have both been so accommodating and absolute pleasures to work with. I printed my wedding invitations, birthday party invitations, some bridal shower invitations and my cousin s wedding invitations here. They have great selection of envelopes and colour paper. They will custom make anything and make recommendations on how you can save money. So much better quality than Staples and much more reasonable than everywhere else I ve looked.

Heidi was fast and efficient. If anything, I was too slow! Haha! But she has wedding invites with templates and ready to help me out with matching colors and what would look good together. Altogether a good experience.

Professional printing company with a variety of paper selections to choose from. Yes, I agree with other reviewers that they do offer a lot of valuable and professional advice based on their own experience to accommodate for my needs. Eva was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She listens patiently, give good advice and was never "pushy"...I have bad experience with other companies where they are trying to upsell me. Thanks so much for the positive experience!

The most horrible and rude customer service I have ever received. I hired Heidi to do my seating chart for my wedding on December 1, 2018. I was told to change my word document file to an excel spreadsheet so she could use it to import the seating list onto her design. I did as she asked and went over my spreadsheet 3 different times to confirm it was correct. When she sent me my design I OK'd the printing once it was what I wanted (not thinking I would have to quadruple check my own work). The seating chart was wrong. It completely ruined my wedding, my guests waited 2 hours for the hall to rearrange the tables so there were enough seats and everything got pushed back. It wasn't the fact that a mistake was made but it was how it was handle that really upset me. They were told not to contact me because of how upset I was but instead still did, not to apologize but to put the blame on me for not making sure the table numbers were correct on the design, even though they should have been imported from the excel spreadsheet I sent them and already confirmed was correct. Heidi, as well as her boss, were rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and caused a lot more stress and upset than was necessary. After many arguments with them they refunded what I spent on the seating chart but made sure to add in the email "Please noted that the refund is not because of whoever mistake. The job was perfectly done as the layout have been approved."
If you do use this company, which I highly recommend NOT TO, check their work with a fine tooth comb because if they do something wrong they will put the blame on you.

I cannot thank Heidi enough in the last 2 weeks before my wedding. In that time she helped me put together my wedding meus and my photobook guestbook. Heidi did a superb job with it especially with the photobook guestbook. She knew I was pressed for time and got the book done with no hesitation. You are my savior! Thank you!!!

An all purpose printing place with reasonable prices. It's a popular place to print wedding invites, so come early to avoid long waits.

Went to paperland due to awesome reviews. I purchased paper and envelopes and received printing service for my wedding invitations. They responded quickly and managed to print my invitations timely and just the way I liked it. They are professional and the best cost-effective option. They also offer lots of service! Will definitely visit again!

I've been to paperland 6 times but the last was certainly my worst experience in terms of service.

I called in advance to let them know I wanted to laser cut the following day and they said ok they might be busy (which was fine I was willing to take that chance.) What they failed to tell me was that their laser cutting machine was not working. (Or as they called
it "wasn't cutting properly" - which to me means not working)

I travelled 1hr and 30mins to get there and waited one hour as I was told the laser cutter needed "30 mins to set up". At this point I still wasn't told that the machine wasn't working properly until one hour passed and I asked for an update because it was taking unusually long. And this is when I was told "oh it's not working".

She took 10mins to come back and give me an update and said "well it's not working what can we do you just have to wait".

So I waited patiently, getting angrier by the minute and just as 1pm hit which is their closing time the person serving me decides to at last grace me with their presence to finally tell me (after 2hrs of waiting) that it cannot do what it needs to do (in other words it's not working).

So in summary, paperland wasted both my time and my money. I wasted money commuting, and I wasted 6hrs and 30mins which would not have been wasted if *drumroll* wait for it...if they had just told me that the machine was not working.

What was most upsetting about the situation was not that it wasn't working but the fact that no one was apologetic. Not one person. And as I stood and spoke to one of the Paperland workers saying that I should have been informed about this (as I did call the day before). I received bad attitude and bad body language. Keep in mind that they are offering me a service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been so angry and the level of disrespect and rudeness was baffling.

I used Paperland to print the Save the Date invites for my wedding. Eva was very helpful in suggesting the paper type, print type and envelopes for my invites. I felt the price was very fair. I needed the printing rushed and Eva pulled some strings to get the invites done before they were expected, which I was very grateful for! I didn't use their design services, however I found their printing services great, and would highly recommend!

I was in need of a print house for a few items for my wedding. I found Paperland in a Google Search and very glad I did. I worked with Heidi on my projects and she brought them all to life. She was quick to reply via Email and provided several options for me to review/approve. I found her to be excellent to work with and a true professional at her craft. All of the items she printed for me -- signage for my receiving table, favour tags, escort/seating cards -- turned out beautifully well. I could not have asked for more and her pricing was reasonable to boot. I highly recommend the services of Paperland and Heidi's attentiveness. Do not hesitate to shop here!

We came here to have our wedding invites done. We were presented with a large amount of paper quality and color to choose from. They were able to print us a preview with the paper we chose to give us a feel of what it looks like.

It cost me $135 to print a 60 page book that fell apart. Why? Because the first time I went to pick up my book, they printed all the pages out of order. When I pointed out the mistake, the woman I was dealing with raised her voice and said it was my fault, and therefore I needed to pay again for a fixed version. Stunned by her angry outburst and running out of time (I was on a strict deadline), I gave in and paid again. To my horror, when I finally received the "fixed" book, the pages started to fall out as I flipped through it. Don't let their cheery name deceive you, Paperland is an absolute nightmare.
