This was a total surprise to visit. Sometimes the zoo can be a little depressing, especially the elephant and penguin enclosures. Here the animals seem happy, well taken care of and in environments where they are less aware they aren't where they are supposed to be. The elephants were playing and eating. And the penguin family was out on the walking path playing with children.
