The first communication I got from Dovenmuehle was a delinquency notice. My loan was current. I called and customer service said they could not find my loan since it was just being loaded into their system. She told me I needed to call back in a week. I called back in a week and again they told me my loan was delinquent. I ask them to assist in setting the account up online and they transferred me to customer no service. Customer no service notified me their online service was not currently working and I needed to try back the next day. I ask if I could make a payment over the phone and she said yes, but there would be service charges. During this time I have listed my house for sale and received offers. we could not get Dovenmuehle to provide a payoff. The nightmare continues...
