I called to reschedule and the last asks for my birthday and etc and I tell her then she says you want to reschedule and I said yes then she don t say anything I sat in the phone for 18 minutes waiting for a answer then I asked if she was there and nothing so I hung up there should be no reason it takes this long to reschedule a appointment
