Everything is good. The passport is made during the day. I paid in the morning, took it in the evening. Two pictures 5 * 5 and UAH 1845.

We arrived in the morning, handed things in to the left-luggage office (50UAH), then go through a personal search without bags and valuables, hand in their phones, wallets and go to the reception. Everything is fast. Fill out the form, submit the photo and the fee, the old passport and after 2.5-3 hours pick up the new passport there.

Actually, I don't like crowds. But the embassy during quarantine is quiet and whim)))
But because of the same quarantine, you need to wait for a queue from 2 months !! So plan ahead !!!

I called to make an appointment at the embassy. The girl was rude and answered. It is not right. Always facing any representative offices of Israel, I am proud that I was born there, but here ... I even felt ashamed.

I was at the Israeli embassy in Kiev for a long time. The attitude is pleasant, competent people work. You should expect that the trip to the Embassy can take a whole day.

Come 20 minutes before the appointed time. Entrance from the side of John McCain Street (end of the building). There you will be met by a local security guard, who will ask you for your last name, first name. Asks to show the document. Then he will contact the security at the embassy and then they will call you inside. If you arrived by car, you can park in the parking lot near the entrance to the "Pechersk" metro station (20 gr / hour) or near the Kritikos restaurant (check the price at the entrance). I was sure that there would be a problem with parking, so I took the train. And I regretted it. Why? But because the backpack that was on my shoulders turns out to be inside in the locker cannot be left. Therefore, either leave your bags / backpacks in the luggage room or at the guard of that very parking lot near the entrance to the Pechersk metro station. Uncle has kindly agreed to guard the backpack for free. But I still gave him 50 grivas :) especially since I had to use this "service" twice. Inside you can take documents, keys, glasses, wallet, phone with you. Before passing the "frame" you will have to leave your phone and keys in the locker. It goes without saying to be wearing a mask. I also put on gloves, but it was unnecessary, even though the website says what is needed. After passing the first guard, turn left, along the steps and you will find yourself in the dressing room. There will be an iron door. Don't pull !!! You will be opened and asked to stand on the line, take off your mask and hat and look at the camera. Then go to the storage lockers. Then fill out some kind of document (surname, name, t.c. number, date, signature). Further, a frame and Russian-language ish bitakhon with duty questions. Then an elevator to the third floor. The operator girl speaks Russian and Hebrew. Fill the tofes at home, just sign there (the pen was there, although I took mine just in case). You will be told the amount to be paid in UAH. There is a terminal on the same floor. Accepts cash ONLY. Doesn't give change, but you can top up your local phone number. Then they will tell you when to come for a new passport. Mine was ready in 2 hours, so I took it earlier (they called and said that it was possible to pick it up). Everything inside is very decent. There is a toilet :) I did not encounter rudeness. The guards are very serious ... just like in Ben Gurion :)

Calling is not possible. Freely come to consult is not possible. What do Israeli taxpayers pay you for? That is the main question.
