I'm a housing worker and had to bring a client here to see about employment opportunities. The Employment Worker was great (I don't remember his name), but the receptionist was super rude. I also think the "no cell phone use" in the reception area is super absurd. Some of us are on our phones for work, and it is a hassle to have to leave clients in the area and then go and answer the phone.
Also, I had to email Margarita to cancel an appointment with a client, and she didn't even bother to respond. Pretty unprofessional.
