The desk person Joy is rude and obnoxious . my sc...

The desk person Joy is rude and obnoxious . my scared 85 year old mom was brought to the ER and she would not kept me back even though I am Medical POA and have her medical history. Something she never even asked about. Joy is not a Joy but rather rude and should not be allowed to be around people. She should be fired.
