My coverage changed to kaiser starting January 202...

My coverage changed to kaiser starting January 2020 and I m so disappointed with my care so far. I miss having private insurance. At kaiser, you re just a number unlike my private insurance doctors who treat you like family. First, my 2 year old had a UTI and after a few weeks I called to get the results from the culture. They informed me that they forgot to send it in but as long as her antibiotics were helping, I didn t need me to bring her back in. So then, I personally had my first prenatal appointment as I m pregnant. They called me a few weeks after saying they had forgotten to do a test during my Pap smear and informing me I needed to come in to redo it. After that, my daughter got a cold and has snot coming out of her tear ducts. I made an appointment on a Tuesday for a next day appointment. Upon arriving 10 minutes early, I stood in a long line to check in. When I finally got to the front desk the check in lady told me they overbooked with that doctor and asked if it was necessary my daughter was seen that day. THEN, they just called me to confirm my second prenatal appointment which they booked with a completely different doctor then I originally chose to be my OB for the remainder of my pregnancy. My family and I pay for our insurance fully ourselves. Just mine is $530 month and it is the WORST healthcare I have EVER had in my life. I m so disappointed I pay so much to get this kind of treatment. Next year, I will 100% be switching back to private insurance.
