I researched the cars on their internet site. John contacted me and we set up an appointment for test drives. He was very helpful in finding us the right vehicle with the budget we were working with. Only issue was the fuel door would not open. I called John and he set up an appointment for the next day. The dealership service department was great, too. They looked at it quickly and just ordered a spring for the door. A mechanic replaced it 2 days later in about 2 minutes. I've been driving it now for about 3 weeks and its a great car!
