Because I have the love for management I have attended a multitude of management meetings with the intent to take the material back to the office and hit the ground running. Unfortunately, very rarely were protocols and policies implemented "for good." Life got busy and everything would always slip back to the same old routine. I was skeptical when Silkin reached out to me with fear the same thing would happen. However, I have been very pleased with the the results after just a year. My manager has the tools and confidence to manage the team. She even says its "easy!" Having Jack check in with us and guide us through the process has kept us on track to get things accomplished and we are so much better off than we were a year ago.
