I purchased a preowned 2009 Saturn VUE and the entire experience was just incredible, from start to finish. I showed up late...just before closing time on a short-day, but Dan still stopped to help show me a car I had found on CarSoup. Dan confessed to me that he already had another customer who was in finance, so he was understandably unable to show me a second vehicle. But that didn't stop the teamwork. He kindly left me in Bob Isselman's hands and Bob took me through the rest of the process that day and the following day. Dan also continued to check in on us throughout the process to ensure we were doing well; I thought this was some serious, over-the-top, customer service, considering we were probably no longer "technically" his customers. In a world where salespeople are competing with one another for commissions, there was an extraordinary show of teamwork and concern for my needs over their own. I was completely impressed. Not to mention all they did to get me financed the next day and on the road with no hassle, no down payment, no trade-in, and a great deal! Oh, and the owner of the lot coming out to ensure I was happy and all was well before I drove off the lot...Nice touch! I seriously fell in love with this dealership. I have already recommended it on my Facebook page and personally to at least a half-dozen of my friends and relatives. I will admit, I'm a real hard-nose for excellence in customer service, but your team there provided me with a truly above-and-beyond service experience with no pressure and no hard-sell nonsense. Thank you all so much! I love my new-to-me car! :)
