Needed to find my filter to fit my furnace. They're number was on a sticker attached to the furnace, which was serviced less than two years ago. Called them, the rep says it's not in they're system anymore and couldn't find my size filter. So, he tried to sell me a "check up" service by a technician and that the tech will find the filter in some warehouse. I declined the service and just asked to have the filter. Well, the next day got a call from a rep saying they don't carry my filter size.
I'm assuming they were trying to bait me into service I didn't need.
