Steve Thompson Sr was the one sent to our house to address the sewer problem. He showed up on his day off! And stayed at our house for several hours to get an accurate diagnosis of the problem. Within 24 hours we could at least flush the toilets again. The entire process took a few days. Before the job was inspected by the county, Steve returned to the house to re-camera the lines and show me everything was 100% clear. We had several people here doing the work over a few days. Being self employed and my wife is management, you can see when someone cares about there work. Steve and (Tim ) I didn t catch his last name, are real assets to Gillece!
