No where to unload and check in, you have to park far away. Stains on the sheets, temp gauge didnt work at all, it was set at 70 for 5 hours and when we came back to the hotel it was only 64 in our room. There was dried ketchup on the wall next to our bed, the room was dirty with crumbs everywhere, there was hair on the wall in the shower not hair off a head either it looked like pubic hair and that was upon showering the first night so it was either missed or not cleaned at all. We didnt get any sleep the last night because it was loud, people running up and down the hallways, we came for a hockey tournament and my kid needed to be up at 6am and was still up around 1130 because people were so loud and they put us right next to the pool area. Called down to front desk and was told things should start settling down but until then theres nothing they can do so she was super helpful. We will not be staying here again, this Hilton hotel was horrible. Unsatisfactory, uncomfortable and disappointing.
