Absolutely brilliant experience. The museum and annexe are set up so well. People were silent as they walked through where the families hid. It's a shame buying tickets is so difficult - it was completely sold out on our days but I realised lots of tickets are released just after midday for the next day (online). I ended up grabbing some the day before we went but must have been on or refreshed the page 100 times in a month. It's a bit ridiculous. It was worth it, though!
