Don't touch this organisation with a barge pole.
They use high pressure sales tactics , take advantage of customers at a time of vulnerability, charge for unnecessary work and their prices are ridiculously high.
One of their former workers shared that their tradesmen are specifically coached on these sales tactics.
They still owe me $1500 after I terminated the job due to dissatisfaction with their workmanship. When I contacted the Dept of Fair Trading, they knew all about them as a result of many other similar experiences.
How their reviews average 4 stars is staggering. Clearly most of these reviews have been sent in by staff or click farms.
Steer well clear.
