My aunt fell and broke her pelvis and was admitted 2 weeks ago and stayed there for about 10-14 days

She stayed on the 2nd floor and I have not seen such terrible care from the nurses, she was in so much pain and they would not come when she pushed the button for help for hours! That was the case for pain, for bathroom help, meal that's that came to her was not taken out for two days. I guess I maybe understand a little bit if they were understaffed but they can be nicer to these people who are in the hospital who are sick or hurt.
It takes a very special person to be a nurse and the nurses that were assisting were terrible. They were out at the nurses desk on their phones, laughing, while she has been waiting.
I have been in the hospital several times and I have never seen the care that my aunt had while she was there! Horrible! If it is a case where they dont have enough nurses to take care of the patients, hire more! I will never recommend Ogden Regional to anyone, ever! And those who only have insurance that that is the only place they can go, I am truly sorry.
