I had a horrible experience with the service center. I was upsold mutiple services that were not required. I was not provided a written estimate of the work before it was completed. I did not receive the $20 state inspection I requested three times. My car was there for more than four hours, and they damaged a part that was original to car. Not once was I asked to acknowledge my understanding or agreement to the services in writing, including the loaner car agreement. They had to give me a loaner car for the three days while waiting for the replacement part. If you go there, be sure to request everything in writing before any work is done. Hopefully, it will save you hundreds of unnecessarily spent dollars.
