Very unsatisfied, unhappy customer. First my husband and I were told on the phone that when we return the leased vehicle that had very low mileage; they would pay us for those miles. That was a big LIE we found out when we went to this dealership. So did NOT want to purchase or lease another vehicle from this dealer so we decided to return this vehicle. When my husband return the vehicle, he spoke to a finance manager and she said we would not have any more payments. That was the deal when he left the dealership. Now we have a settlement letter from Honda Financial services requesting to pay our last car payment!!!! So my husband call the dealer, and gave him a run about from person to person and NEVER called him back. When I called today to follow up, I was told the manager is no longer working there and left a message for a another manager.

UPDATE:
I spoke to a General Manager regarding this matter. She told me what the car was appraised at and I don't believe how this car was appraised. I believe they appraised this car to make it even, so we would not get any money for having low mileage.
What we were told before the vehicle was brought in to what actually happened is completely different. Seems like this is a complete manipulation to get customer's money.
