I would love to have something good to say, but I can't even get the experience started because no one EVER picks up their line. It's been 2 weeks I've been trying to contact them. And I can't just walk in the campus, I have my own business to attend. It's absolutely discouraging, the staff's inability to rotate between in-person and phone customer service. It's all the same demand and significance .
