Disappointed overall. Car had a check engine light...

Disappointed overall. Car had a check engine light come on. Made appointment to drop off wednesday at 7 am. Dropped car. Got a call at 3pm that car had not yet been touched, so as a remedy, the sent someone to my office to pick me up, bring me back to the dealership, and give a rental, free of charge (this is fine, a little inconvenient, but fine) Get a call the next day from Michael in service, need a spark plug replaced, not a big deal, I ask what the total cost is going to be, his response "about a hundred and change". When i get to the dealelrship later that night, the charge is $212, double my expectation when speaking on the phone with Michael. Seemingly they fixed the problem, however expectation setting and price quoting were horrendously executed. Most likely will not return
