never going back here. went in to check out a Tahoe, brought my truck along as a trade. KBB values my truck in its current condition at $15K and their tahoe @ $28,500. They wanted $32K and offered me a trade of $11K. claimed this was a fair price. didn't even offer to talk to a manager. after several phone calls in an attempt to "schedule" another meeting with the Sales manager, I declined. I will not waste my time if the sales manger cant call me back to talk about their BS pricing over the phone before I will sit with him. Hey Depaula, your sales tactics are flawed and unethical. Do NOT trust this dealership...They claim to be a no haggle dealer, perhaps thats true but they sure will screw you over if you let them.
