I stopped in without an appointment to ask for assistance with a
reoccurring concern. My Service Manager, Chris, was very attentive and concerned about the repetition of the problem. Chris was absolutely
fantastic in the care and concern he demonstrated to resolve the issue.
Germain is the only agency I will ever deal with and they are most fortunate
to have such outstanding, caring and professional staff such as Chris.
