Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. We scheduled an appointment to fix our HVAC with 48 hours notice to the company. When it came time for our appointment no one showed up, we called for an update and for the next hour and half we were told he "was on his way" they called us two and half hours later at 8:30pm to tell us he wouldn't be coming and we could change our appointment to the following day but they could only guarantee that he would be there between 2:00pm and 9:00pm. You would think we would be priority being as we had a scheduled appointment that they didn't even bother to show up for! I hope they slept cozy in their beds because my family had to sleep in a house that was 51 degrees even with a space heater running. We are going with someone else who actually guarantees service when you schedule an appointment. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
