My partner and I recently purchased a condo through Matt. We had been passively looking at places for over a year before we started working with Matt. We found a place we loved shortly after we started working with Matt. He helped us negotiate a price much lower than the asking price and walked us through every step of the closing process. Matt and his staff kept on top of every aspect of the closing and made sure our first time home buying process was seamless and even enjoyable. I would highly recommend Matt if you are looking for someone who is extremely knowledge about Chicago s different neighborhoods, detailed information about each condo building/development, market trends, and construction quality.
