I am a former client of FirstService when I lived in one of the buildings they managed out at UBC, and my experience with my strata manager, Mahyar, was great. He was always quick to respond to my questions and patiently explain everything when I had questions, whether in email or over phone. Whenever any building issues arose, he was quick and attentive. As well, the building manager for my building, John, was fantastic. He was friendly, approachable, attentive and also quick to respond to any questions I had, and would go out of his way to do a lot of things to make my life easier. I was fortunate to have these two manage the building I lived in and I can only hope that I can get as helpful of a team with my next strata.
