It was OK, one of the front desk people was rude, ...

It was OK, one of the front desk people was rude, sent me to the wrong tower dragging my suitcases. Turns out I had to walk down to their basement, passed their restaurant, all their conference areas, and the up to another tower.

Add the detached garage and convenience wasn't part of the visit. Not to mention that the lady was rude when I returned after she sent me on a wild goose chase up the wrong tower for a non-existent room.
