Editing a previous baaaaaaaaad (1-star) review from 2 years ago. Returned today for the 1st time and...it was really good! Excellent customer service at snack bar (gone is the salty older lady, now is a very nice millennial male), and excellent customer service at the bowling rental. Another very sweet millennial guy even helped our kiddo get the ball unstuck without any fuss and with a smile. Wow!

With this kind of turnaround, I'll definitely return. We're not the only ones--last time we were here, no one else was, and I could see why. Today I see many more folks here too...on a weekday, before dinner. Way to turn it around, Hickam Bowling!

Good deals on bowling, newer lanes, ample parking, great customer service, and a large snack bar round out a very nice family friendly experience. If it stays the same, will up it to 5.
