Tried to up-sell my wife to synthetic oil by saying it was 'required' for a 2015 Nissan Altima when the owners manual very clearly states regular oil is perfectly suitable, "As an alternative to this recommended oil, SAE 5W-30 conventional petroleum based oil may be used and meets all specifications and requirements necessary to maintain the New Vehicle Limited Warranty." She chose not to be misled by this establishment.
