Four months now I have tried countless times to co...

Four months now I have tried countless times to contact the enrollment office at this hospital. I am transferring my care from the Birmingham regional VA to Atlanta's system (unfortunately) due to a move. Every single time I am transfered by the operator to the eligibility office, the phone is disconnected. This has happened at least 30 times now and there seems to be no one at the hospital who can help me. I simply want to transfer my care to the Atlanta region so I can see doctors in Blairsville and get my medication filled (which will run out soon). I may die before that happens.
