Clean, comfortable. Awesome location for the cherry blossoms especially! Right next to the new Starbucks Reserve Roastery. Coffee and tea in the lobby. Free Ramen as a late night snack. The one thing I will complain about is their onsen area is mostly for men except for something like 2 hours a couple times a week. This was a bit disappointing for the ladies in our group who wanted to soak in the hot baths.
