I booked with Hoppa on Sunday night. Got an email the next morning saying I had booked the incorrect location that wasn t on their route but when I started typing the location in and it came up for me to select, so I was informed I have to cancel my booking and rebook. I did so and thought everything was fine. I then received the same email the next morning to cancel my booking and rebook. I then emailed and enquired about this and it turns out it was a mistake on the website on Hoppa s behalf, not mine and that the driver would still take us to the location chosen. I am absoultey outraged at this as I have now paid double the money for this transfer that I am not even sure will turn up for me. In the morning when the website is back working I will be cancelling my booking due to the lack of basic customer service in helping me resolve this problem. I also hope you will be in touch to advise me that my full refund for both bookings will be put back into my account immediately or I will be taking this further. The service I have received is shocking and lack of basic communication is unbelievable.
