Have not heard anything from them. If you are buying their windows for the warranty. Be prepared for terrible service. 8-19-19, still trying to get my screens fixed. I had to take my screens to cambria hardware, and have them fixed at my expense. The lifetime warranty is no good, if the company will not respond to your calls for repair.
