If less than satisfactory is an option than this company excels at it. Imagine you place your order for a hamburger and have to wait for over an hour only to realize your order is never coming. Then get transferred to a supervisor that has less of the ability to do anything about it than you do. Even if the fault is entirely theirs, here is the list of options they can not give you. Just so your warned. They can t call to get your order remade, they can t give you a credit for the order ooooh no. You get to wait 3-5 business days horray. Because yup I am ordering this 3 to five business days from now. Totally awesome. I got up to the branch manager apparently we are doing the ol hand our headset over to the next agent to get you off the line. Because at the end of the call that is all the solution they can offer is to get you off the line and excuses.
