Back again..why you ask would I deal with these people again?? Because they double billed my husband for blood work THEY LOST!! Went in today June 27, 2014 to be met by LAURIE, the rudest and most incompetent person Ive ever met .BEWARE!!! She is rude and obviously still dealing with her many documented personal problems. Not only did she give my insurance card to another patient then fail to resolve her mistake and not call me, acting as if were just another day, but she then double billed my Husband for bloodwork SHE LOST and made him come in for a second time. We went in there today because we now were receiving collection agency notices and were met with the "not my problem, write a letter response" and when I got elevated I was threatened with police action??!! Really?? How dare someone who is so obviously inept at her job have such a cocky attitude and threaten someone whom she deceived before. DO NOT GO HER@ WE will be filing complaints with the BBB and sending certified letters to the people who actually have control over accounts to try to resolve this issue, and if this doesnt work we will be taking them to small claims court. I wish I could give ZERO STARS.

Labs lost...no accountability...The wait times I can handle but the fact that my insurance card was given to another patient and it took 3 phone calls and 2 visits to even speak with someone about it draws the line...I still was never contacted regarding this matter from the CEO and was promised I would receive one and still never received my card back. My husband subsequently had his labs lost twice and charged for double labs because of their error...do not go here.
