Travelled all the way there with my mother after booking tickets online for a few private photos just to find out it's a private property and photoshoots are not allowed. "Not even one", to directly quote the management. This is not stated anywhere. Not a single word in their terms & conditions or their privacy policy. Not a single sign on or in the building, not on the website. Ironically, the website promotes their social medias and even their Instagram hashtag. It even states that they warmly welcome filming, yet the manager won't even let us take a couple of pictures. Absurd. Wasted a good amount of resources on preparation and travel just to return home empty handed. Doubt we'll even get a refund. Extremely disappointed and sad that we won't be able to get a lovely souvenir.
