Not respectful at all. They do their pointless galas and take over the neighbourhood parking lot instead of accommodating their guest in their own facilities, they allow them to park on the fire lane or in our private parking lot. We been telling people that our lot is not a public or Lexus owned lot and they in the most racist slur just ignored me. This is not the first time this has happened and a company that is based in a multicultural city like Toronto should be more respectful of their surrounding and take care of their own customers needs instead of loading the adjacent parking lots of the city.
