After many long weeks of disappointment at other dealerships in NJ, a friend referred me to Burns so on my lunch break from work I went there to meet with Becky. She sat and talked with me to learn my situation and what I wanted and could afford. She was extremely personable and listened to me. She then discussed my wants and needs with with the sales team and JT and Michael took over from there. About an hour later I was signing and leaving the lot in a perfect 2019 CRV with an affordable payment that fit my budget and needs. Every minute of the process was easy and well explained to me! I will not go anywhere else for a vehicle ever again! Thanks everyone:)
