This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is an older hotel but well taken care of, with lush green grass areas and mature palm trees, clean and large pools, lovely night lighting creating a magic atmosphere. Ask for the renovated rooms with walkin shower and outside jacuzzi. The rooms are huge - 38 sqm - with an equally huge and comfy bed that can probably easily sleep three adults. Furniture is dated, but bathroom was renovated, high quality fixtures. Food was ok - glilled meats all the time, fish occasionally, fresh veggies and salads, good soups, balanced use of oriental spices, huge selection of deserts. Inside restaurant noisy and felt crowded, but the outside area was fantastic, cosy with atmosphere candles in the evening. The beach is large and clean. Coral areas further in the sea next to the hotel so one could enjoy snorkeling. Excellent budget 5 star hotel!
