I made a service appointment for my 2015 HD GMC since I don't live in Reno, NV. I received two follow up phone calls making sure if I had any questions I could call. I never receive any phone calls from the other dealers I have bought cars from when making a service appointment. I arrived at the GMC Dealership in Reno, Nv and the Tech took care of everything. He recommended everything that I should have done to the truck for the 30,000 mile service and even recommended things that could wait until the 60,000 mile service. The Tech was informative, friendly and very courteous. The Tech informed me there were two recalls on the truck and they would need the truck for about 5 hours. GMC was done with my truck in 3 hours. I love taking my truck to the GMC Dealership in Reno, NV for service. No where else have I ever been treated with so much respect. I had my truck back and on the road home in no time.
