So far I've tried twice to rent from Camillo. My issue has been the time it takes to get a response on your application. Both times my application has sat on someone's desk in underwriting for a week after I was approved. I called but there was nothing the receptionist could but tell me where my application was. Now being that Camillo operates on a first come first serve basis I missed out on both properties due to someone else's error. Now $45 may not seem like a lot to some but it's a lot to me being a single parent raising 4 kids. I think Camillo should at least tell you if the property has a pending application. A refund of at least one application fee would be nice and go a long way with customer relations.
