Would love to start classes been calling for month...

Would love to start classes been calling for months but nobody answers or calls back. The only person who answers is the receptionist who is rude as hell, She acts like she is bothered by you and tells you just to come down....Why am I going to drive 20min just to ask if a class is already full and waste my time?
