On March 17th I went into Nissan Auto Mall in Union City, inquiring about a new car. Let me start by saying the previous day I went to another car lot and I felt like they were trying to pressure me and I didn't feel comfortable. My bank had already approved me for a loan, I knew my interest rate and everything I just needed to pick out a car. I expressed this when I walked into Nissan. Back to Nissan so I pull up and I'm greeted by a few men who asked "Are you here about the new car sale" I said no I didn't know anything about a sale but I am looking for a new car, so I Parked and went. I politely told the guy I'm already approved through my bank I have all the information I just need you to show me a few cars. He asked me what type of payment are you looking for I said no more than $250 a month. We went outside and he had a very nonchalant attitude like he really didn't want to show cars. Then he had the nerve to say you have on Prada frames and you want to be cheap on your car note. This was strike one and two for this guy. He stepped all out of line worrying about the type of frames I have. I work and have insurance so I didn't come out of pocket $1,000 for these frames and if I did that's my business were talking about a purchase that I will be making payments on for at least the next three years now one day. So u brushed that comment off and kept looking. Oh and did I say he was on his phone the WHOLE time I'm looking at cars. so he couldn't find anything that would fit in my budget so he said, we went back in and he said oh I know the perfect car for you let me find the keys. After waiting 15 mins for him to find the keys I walked out and left. Went to Nissan of Newnan and Michael M got me in my new car for a little bit more than $250. He was very patient when I went it was about 3:30/4 when I left it was 11:45. I would NOT recommend Nissan in Union city to anyone based off my experience. Def don't go see the brown skin chubby guys he's all about a sell. I forgot to mention he told me that I was wasting his time because I wouldn't let him run my credit because I knew what I qualified for already but he would entertain me since it's slow. As I looked around all the other salesmen seemed to be very respectful to their customers, but what fatty forgot to realize is cautioned service is EVERYTHING, to me at least. Nissan of Union city isn't the only car place and if you think I'm going to take the disrespect your crazy, but there's hundreds so dealers and car salesmen that's waiting for a sale and NISSAN OF NEWNAN got mines and offered wonderful coy stoned service.
