I made one of those thoughtless mistakes and thought that I was downloading a Java update, but it was a virus. I had important information saved on the computer and called up Nerds 4 Hire. They were just down the street and I met Ryan. He was very friendly, and started to inspect the computer right away. I dropped it off and he called back to let me know about the progress and issue. The service was timely, expert and very effective. For sure I will return if there is another problem.
