Worst hotel experience I have ever had...and I stay in hotels often for work. Be prepared for a double charge at check in and confirm your room before you take your keys. I booked my room with two double beds 3 months ago and was given a room with one bed. There is a pull out with no bedding. Nancy at the front desk was rude, gave me no information, didn't even point me in the direction of my room. NEVER AGAIN!!
