Staff Finders (Yorkshire) Ltd Review

Got a phone call offering a great job for my work skills. Completed all the paperwork promptly and then heard nothing. Tried calling the office, my agent was never there, never answered my calls/voicemails and the office were just as bad. Useless and a massive opportunity missed for myself. Avoid.

So far so good i didnt experience any unpleasant situations within the agency itself or any work theyre giving out. I have had a job now for 7 weeks i feel like im on a contract already eventhough im not. Also i didnt have any problems with the paychecks either. Its all good to me. :)

Worst possible recruitment! Poor service, need to find new staff!

I didnt like their approach during COVID-19 pandemy, but so far that was the best agency I have ever been in.

I was being nosy and read the job adverts.

Have you not heard of jib and agreed scheduled rates for qualified trades..
Anyone who takes up a job like what I saw offered must be desperate .
These pay rates are an absolute joke ...

My son emailed showing interest in vacancies quick response asking him to send all of his personal details to them, which he did,to have no response back whatsoever not even to say not suitable.I would like to know what happens with his personal information.

Started of great, really helpful got me into work straight away.. but now just take the sheer piss out of people, struggle to get payments, say anything to get you of the phone quicker! Poor service

Told to go in to the office because they had work for me sat waiting over an hour to get sorted listening to them all gabbing and having a laugh to then be told there was no work! Absolute joke company.

Worst agency in Hull. They forgotting about making payments and lie about they have no job

joined early November... filled all relevant paper work out etc.... even an induction on the word of starting work.... 2 months later and e mails regarding work... and nothing! not even a phone call. worst agency I have ever signed up for !!!!!!

Efficient and Adequate work ethic.
I have two years of experience with Staffinders, i'm absolutely satisfied.
First time i came to agency i had a job the next day , full-time , with no lay offs till i get a contract with company i was working with.
Second time when i came to this agency after more than a year ,same instant next day job,full-time with another company i'm working with currently.
10/10 strongly advise!

Staff are attentive and cope well with a large amount of clients.

You are not going to receive payments if working for that agency.
Some gypsy women work there and do not pay money for work.

I do not recommend. I wanted to work at wren by this agency. I did until one day because I did not receive any news later that I should go to work the other day. How I managed to contact and find out that I should go to work, it turned out that they do not need people today.

I worked with them as an electrician at their client Walker Modular another spineless company. They advertise for 10 pounds per hour, but after 2 weeks working as a "spare wheel" for one of those electrician slaves there with permanent contract with WM who needed to go on haliday, they send me home with a real wage of only 9.12 punds/hour. they told me that following some assessment that didn't even take place WM thought that I'm only entitled to 9.12 pounds per hour. Never told me the real wage before they sent me home. They don't give the payslip so you cant make any complains against them at the tribunal. They asked me to sign the contract after I finished work with them. And on that contract they only pay the national minimum wage. They are interested in only minimum wage workers disregarding their qualifications. Avoid at all cost. I was lucky to even get some payment.

The polish staff are rude and racist towards English people. The staff also answere question on health and Safety tests for people who don t understand English so they can pass and get the person into work. Even tho you give plenty of notice that you can t get into work they still get rid of you straight away. I Would never recommend this company to anyone looking for work.

Staff Finders, probably the best recruitment services in the world :) Busy Agency but very helpful and polite staff.

I do not know yet I went to the account of the work and promised to arrange it. Time will tell

The worst agency I have ever come across, I had been offered a position, completed a 3 hour unpaid induction (only told it was unpaid after completion) made my way to the location of work three times to be told I didn't have a shift after two/three hours of waiting (they informed me I would get paid for my time to be told this) and that my agency should have informed me. Staff finders were supposed to ring/text/email everyday at 15.00 and they never did... it appeared that you only got a shift if you were friends with the staff or friends of friends, if you're not a Polish speaker they wont give you work, I'm still waiting for my pay from over two weeks ago, I have had emails, texts and calls ignored but I suppose because I'm not their mate and dont speak Polish they wont bother... people looking for work, dont waste you're time here, find another agency... unless you're friends with them. Absolutely pathetic and super unprofessional

Got offerd a job. Accepted said job. Sent them all my details eg bank details, passport photos, driving licence photos, and mug shot. Not heard anything back everytime I phone everyone is busy. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!

Excellent service. Can provide any type of work very flexible and understanding towards employee needs. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

Was told if I work for them I will get a contract after 12 weeks and a pay rise got the pay rise which I had to ask hundreads of times for and never did get a contract even though I was in the job for well over 12 weeks instead they transferred me somewhere else and are now not paying me properly I was told the holiday days run from October to October I have used a total of five days since then which mean I have more than accumulated those days but instead of paying me them they are taking them off me out of my wage and when I call they tell me to call another day call another day call another day and this goes on still waiting and still happening!!!!!!! Terrible agency
