Wow! I am livid to actually witness such level off...

Wow! I am livid to actually witness such level off rudeness! I got cut of 2 times and had to repeat myself to 6 different agents which none were helpful, not even a Manager!
I can not believe they disconnected our electric in my place of business knowing I have talents living upstairs one of which has a young baby and a toddler. How inhumane.
Worse customers service ever a the level of professionalism is disgusting.
I would not recommend at all.
