Make it cheaper/Bionic keep renewing my energy contracts against my wishes.

I have been very clear in writing and over the phone that I do not wish to sign up to another electricity contract via their broker service. They have ignored my wishes and signed me up with EDF.

Their sales team are also very pushy; they repeatedly call and will not take no for an answer.
